Welcome to the official page of Bada Kadam Foundation, an organization committed to promoting the advancement of education, especially vocational and technical education, and knowledge to develop the talents and excellence of students, trainees, staff, and other individuals. We determine skills/competency standards and qualifications in consonance with the Sector norms and execute "Traini
ng of Trainers" for sector skill development. We facilitate in standardizing the affiliation and accreditation process for the Sector of weaker sections and run social awareness programs to address important social issues such as drug abuse, domestic violence, and adulteration in food. We provide job seekers with the necessary support and resources to find employment and work towards the unemployment issue of society. Our foundation also facilitates setting up a robust and stringent certification and accreditation process for the Sector to ensure consistency and acceptability of standards. We coordinate participation of social partners, employers in the private sector, training providers, professional societies and NGOs/civil society groups in the process of skill development of the Sector. At Bada Kadam Foundation, we believe in doing all such things as may be deemed necessary or expedient for the education of youth, pursuit of science, and general diffusion of social, moral, and secular knowledge in accordance with the educational, moral, and charitable principles of the society.
