We exist for the reason that life is not measured by its duration but its donation! This page will work as the center for all.

This is an initiative taken in order to help the needy person/community/area who are financially not sound enough to fulfill their basic needs and so thus the idea of Central Reserved Fund has been emerged out. Target is to link maximum people centrally so that they can make a donation for a noble cause. All you have to do is to donate a very little amount of Rs.10 a month and furthermore ask your

known ones for the same. With this little contribution of yours, which you easily spend on daily basis on other things, will add to a very significant sum which will definitely bring a smile on many faces, which includes you. That noble act will, for sure, make a difference. Then you will be proud of yourself for such a spiritual work.

Bengali New Year, also known as Pohela Boishakh, is celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm among the Bengali communities. It marks a new beginning full of prosperity and boundless joy.

Observed on the first day of the month Boishakh, this celebration is of great cultural importance. People wearing traditional attire come together to celebrate and pray for the well-being of one another, and businesses also mark their new beginning by the ritual "Haal Khata".

AMBEDKAR JAYANTI—Birth Anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.

Dr. B. R. Ambedkar was the principal architect of the Indian Constitution. His vision changed the future of India. On 14th April every year we celebrate his birthday. Today, his life is an incredible example of courage and determination, and he advocates tirelessly for all people in the world to have justice and equality.

He belonged to a community that faced extreme discrimination from other communities. He was able—through his education, hard work, and unrelenting spirit—to continue on with life even though he faced many obstacles that were systematic in nature. He believed education was the single greatest change agent in society, and his determination to change society through education will continue to be shown through many generations to come.

His quote "Educate-Agitate-Organize" is well known and inspires millions of individuals worldwide who are fighting for their human rights. Dr. Ambedkar devoted his life’s work to eradicating social inequality, uplifting the underprivileged, and creating a nation/community where all people are treated with dignity and respect.

Therefore, Team NEEDS wants to encourage everyone to honor Dr. Ambedkar’s legacy by acknowledging his contributions by promoting equality and building a discrimination-free society.

After the month of fasting and prayer Eid al-Fitr arrives as a reward for Muslims. It isn't just a celebration of long month of fasting but the strength, discipline and devotion they carried through this period.

People wear new attire go to masjids for prayers and they greet each other with respect and love. Eidi a tradition of giving money add extra joy to this day especially for children. People wear new attire go to masjids for prayers and they greet each other with respect and love. Visiting each other's homes is a tradition and people are offered different dishes. The spirit of Eid lies in unity, compassion, and the joy of giving.

“Spreading Colours of Joy and Togetherness.”

All the members assembled at 1st gate before heading towards the Gandhi Ashram for Holi celebration. The aim of visiting the Ashram was to spend meaningful time with the children and bring joy to their festival. The visit began with a series of fun activities. Members played games like football, cricket, and different fun games with the children.

The atmosphere was filled with the laughter of small kids and their smiles echoing through the air. These are the simple moments spent with these kids but are yet joyful and full of excitement. Members danced with the kids and differently-abled kids and the main highlight of this event was Holi celebration, the air was filled with colors, everyone played Holi together and enjoyed a lot.At last food packets were distributed among all attendees.

The day ended with colourful memories and a renewed promise to keep spreading happiness and care in the community. Team NEEDS wishes everyone a very Happy Holi.

Holi is the festival of family and friends. People come together, forgiving the past missteps to celebrate Holi by applying gulaals to one another. Gulaals aren't just colours of different shades; they carry our cultural roots and bring unity.
