Today on 6th Sept. 2024, the District Level Inauguration cm Convergence Meeting regarding observation of 7th Rashtriya POSHAN Maah 2024 from 1st September to 30th September 2024 under Dima Hasao district was organised at the Principal Secretary’s Conference Hall, NCHAC, Haflong by the o/o Deputy Director, Social Welfare, Dima Hasao, Haflong.
The Meeting was chaired by the Shri Partha Jahari, ACS, i/c Social Welfare, Secretary, NCHAC, Haflong in the presence of Dr. Pallad Kumar Gunju, Jt. Director of Health Services, Sri. Rajdeep Kemprai, Deputy Director, SWD, Dima Hasao Haflong, Deputy Inspector of Schools, CDPOS, Supervisors, DPM and DFE of ASRLM, DIPRO officials, DME, NHM, DHEW officials and District and Block POSHAN Officials.
The event has been started with the welcome speech by Deputy Director, SWD, Dima Hasao followed by the presentation on month long activity matrix with themes viz. Anemia, Growth Monitoring, Complementary Feeding, Poshan Bhi Padhai Bhi, Technology for Better Governance, Transparency and Better Service Delivery and ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ campaign that has to be followed during the entire the month of September to all the line departments by Shri David Bathari, District Coordinator, Poshan Abhiyaan.
