What a journey it has been!

From 1,047 teams and over 2,100 participants from across Assam, to 20 semi-finalists and finally the Top 10 teams competing on the grand stage at Cotton University on World Environment Day, YiQ 2026 truly celebrated knowledge, curiosity, and excellence.

On 1st June 2026, Yi Guwahati Accessibility conducted a Disability Etiquettes Awareness Session at Fatasil Ambari School, engaging 41 students in meaningful conversations around empathy, respect, and inclusivity.

🌱 2nd Plantation Drive 2026 | Nongthymmai Village 🌱

Another meaningful morning spent amidst nature, purpose, and community. 💚

Yi Guwahati successfully carried out its 2nd Plantation Drive of 2026 at Nongthymmai Village, where we distributed and planted fruit-bearing saplings with beneficiary families of the village.

📊 Impact Created:
🌿 2,500 saplings planted
🍌 870 Banana plants
🌶️ 760 Black Pepper plants
🍎 870 Jujube plants
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 26 beneficiary families directly supported

These plantations are not just for environmental restoration, but also to create sustainable livelihood opportunities for the families in the years ahead.

A truly beautiful, scenic, and heartwarming initiative — and a reminder that small actions, when done together, create lasting impact. Proud of every Yi member who contributed to this green movement. 🌍✨
