AVACreations Social Impact Foundation was at the PAN India Symposiums 2025 organized by HCLTech and HCLFoundation in Sikkim Manipal University, Sikkim, on June 17th, 2025!
We loved being part of this event and meeting many professionals from social development sector all over Northeast India! We attended sessions like a masterclass on good leadership (Good Governance) by Ruchi Sadhana, VP, HCL Tech, and learned about planning projects (Theory of Change & Logical Framework Analysis) from Robin G Thomas, AGM, HCL Tech. We also heard from experts like Usha Lachungpa, Ashok Biswal, Dr. Nakul Chetri, Dr. Laydong Lepcha, and Samuel Khaiba who talked about "Biodiversity Beyond Borders" (how nature connects us all).
On another exciting note, HCL Foundation has started registrations for the HCLTech Grant Edition XI! This is a fantastic opportunity for organizations working in rural development.
