AMERICAN WRESTLING MANIA AT 21ST INTERNATIONAL GUWAHATI TRADE FAIR,2014. Stage is set for the biggest celebration that the city of Guwahati has ever seen. For the first time in the history of Indian wrestling four very prominent pro-wrestlers associated with TNA and WWF will demonstrate their unbelievable fighting skills at the forthcoming 21st International Guwahati Trade Fair 2014 ( IGTF) going
to be held from January 31 to February 16 at Maniram Dewan Trade Centre, Guwahati. The team of four wrestlers from USA will be led by Sonjay Dutt who is best known for his appearances with Total Nonstop Action (TNA) Wrestling. He is also known for his stints with Combat Zone Wrestling, Major League Wrestling, and other various independent promotions. Since making his TNA debut, he has worked for independent promotions such as Ring of Honor, UWA, Combat Zone Wrestling, MXW Pro Wrestling, VCW and NWA Virginia. Dutt also took part in the very popular show “Ring Ka King” at Colors Television. Industries and Trade Fair Association of Assam (ITFAA) who is the organiser of 21st IGTF has taken the initiative to give India the flavour of the sport
Dutt is a wrestling superstar who not only garners critical following but is also a personality that attracts a huge fan base globally. With Dutt and the other three famous wrestlers, fans will get to meet them up close and personal during their visit to Trade Fair. It may be mentioned that International Guwahati Trade Fair is the pioneer trade event in India which introduced World Champion Sumo Wrestling both male and female in India. The famous Muay Thai boxing was also introduced in the IGTF. The biggest and the oldest trade exposition of North East India- 21st International Guwahati Trade Fair (IGTF) is organised by Industries and Trade Fair Association of Assam (ITFAA) in association with National Small Industries Corporation Limited (NSIC), Government of India.
