Never Again.

Thousands die every year because of medical terrorism.

We think the Divine will give justice. But awareness is what will stop it.

Know your patient rights and responsibilities.

Always respect medical professionals, but always ASK if you have a doubt.

Remember - when someone dies, the world offers condolences for a few days.

The family suffers for a lifetime.
Let's not let another family suffer.
Please be aware. Please speak up.

Observing Patients’ Rights Day

Today we pause to remember something simple but powerful: healthcare works best when it’s a partnership. Knowing your rights and your responsibilities as a patient isn’t just paperwork — it’s what keeps that partnership strong.

Call for Dr Anamika Ray SHARE Communication Research Award 2026 will be announcing soon..

The Dr. Anamika Ray Memorial Trust (ARMT) has announced the results of the Dr Anamika Ray SHARE (Science, Health, Agriculture, Risk, and Environment) Communication Research Award 2025, honouring young scholars for their outstanding research in the vital field of communication.

This year's award has been conferred on P. C. Lalvenhimi of Department of Mass Communication, Mizoram University for her research study on Online Environmental Activism in Mizoram (With Special Reference to Save the Riparian Movement) she will receive a cash award, certificate, and books.

P C Lalvenhimi has done this study under the Supervision of Dr. Dheeraj Kumar, Assistant Professor Department of Mass Communication, Mizoram University

Her dissertation is about a case study to examine how social media may encourage community involvement and environmental awareness. The study focuses on the strategic use of social media sites like Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and YouTube to spread knowledge, organize volunteers, and generate money for environmental preservation and river cleanup initiatives. A mixed-methods approach was used, which included content analysis of social media posts, a questionnaire of 209 people, and in-depth interviews with important movement figures. According to the research, short-form content— particularly Instagram Reels—significantly increased audience engagement and was a key factor in inspiring people to act. For direct communication and volunteer coordination, WhatsApp proved to be useful, while YouTube was used as a venue for instructional and documentary-style movies. The study also discovered that the movement's strong internet presence increased institutional and governmental recognition, proving its efforts. The study finds that social media has been crucial in promoting grassroots environmental activism in Mizoram, providing a model for similar movements elsewhere, despite certain drawbacks like its limited reach in offline communities and the ability to reduce complex issues in short content formats.
