A four-day training program on Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) was conducted from 18th to 21st December at Gamani High School, Balipara, in collaboration with Pratham Education Foundation. The program brought together teachers from nine Forest Fringe Schools across Balipara. Focused language and mathematics sessions were conducted to strengthen foundational learning, with emphasis on level-wise instruction, continuous assessment, and practical classroom strategies. The training enabled educators to better address diverse learning needs and enhance learning outcomes for children in forest fringe communities.
