Promoting preventive healthcare through awareness, access, and community action.

The Assam Investment Advisory Society (AIAS), in collaboration with the National Health Mission, Mahila Shakti Kendra (MASK), Assam Cancer Care Foundation, Centre for Microfinance & Livelihood (CML), and Balipara Foundation, is organising a Free Health & Awareness Camp for the community.

The camp will include general health check-ups, cancer awareness and screening, women’s health and menstrual hygiene awareness, NCD screening, and health education & counselling.

AIAS recently initiated conversations at Upperdani High School, Rani, bringing together the Principal, the District Programme Officer (TT), the School Management Committee, and mothers from the community to mark the beginning of a new collaborative initiative.

At our Forest Fringe Schools, learning takes many forms. Sometimes it’s under the open sky. Sometimes it’s through hands-on workshops. And sometimes it’s inside a classroom. What stays constant is a learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
