The Indian Red Cross Society, Assam State Branch, organized a comprehensive training session for the dedicated volunteers of the IRCS Sivasagar District Branch.

The orientation focused on three key pillars:
📜 Red Cross Code of Conduct: Reaffirming our core principles of humanity, neutrality, and integrity in emergency operations.
📦 Humanitarian Aid Distribution Protocols: Standardizing procedures to ensure dignified, fair, and orderly delivery of aid to affected families.
📊 KoboCollect Training: Leveraging digital tools for accurate, real-time beneficiary assessment and transparent field reporting.

Equipped with knowledge and technology, our team in Sivasagar is ready to serve with efficiency and compassion.

Before heading to Sivasagar district for the next phase of our Humanitarian Aid distribution operations, The NDRT deployed team and the Indian Red Cross Society, Assam State Branch, held a strategic review meeting with the officials and dedicated volunteers of the Jorhat District Branch.

The meeting focused on assessing the ground situation, evaluating recent relief efforts across Jorhat, and streamlining distribution strategies to ensure efficient outreach in Sivasagar.

Strong coordination on the ground powers our mission to deliver timely help where it is needed most.

Our team successfully delivered essential Humanitarian Aids to 350 beneficiaries, providing crucial aid to help families navigate the impact of the floods.

Our team was on the ground from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, delivering essential aid to support families as they recover and rebuild. We remain dedicated to standing by affected communities with timely care and assistance.

Day 2 of our Humanitarian Aid distribution drive successfully concluded at Kalaipani, Jorhat District. Between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM today, the Indian Red Cross Society, Assam State Branch, extended vital relief assistance to 150 families, ensuring essential supplies reach those recovering from the floods.

Rebuilding lives, restoring hope. ❤️

The Indian Red Cross Society, Assam State Branch has distributed Humanitarian Aid to 230 worst flood affected famiy of Bhurakala Village under the West Jorhat Circle. To support families affected by recent hardships, our team provided 230 vulnerable families with essential Family Rehabilitation Kits, including Tarpaulins, Kitchen Sets and Mosquito nets, Bleaching powder and Chlorine tablets.

We remain committed to standing beside our communities on their path to recovery.
