NEMS (North East Mareting Solutions) is a marketing & information platform who provides reliable promotional support to across key sectors of North East region. The north east welfare organization is organized and constructed by a cross section of north eastern people living in north eastern part of India.
1. Culture: A race of people is like an individual man, until it uses its own talents, takes pride in its own talent, takes pride in its own history, expresses its own culture, affirms its own selfhood it can never fulfill itself. Our cultural revolution must be the means of bringing us closer to our brothers and sisters. It must begin in the community and be based on community participation. The NEWO do not wish India to be painted with dark shades of hatred and racial remarks, we wish for an India where people embrace each other irrespective of slant in eye.
2. Education: Education is an important element in the struggle for human rights. It is the means to help our children and people to rediscover their identity and thereby increase self respect. Education is our passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to the people who prepare for it today. The north east welfare organization (NEWO) recognizes the importance of education for all in our NE states. The NEWO looks forward to uphold the poor pupils of north eastern states who live below poverty line.
3. Employment: We can dream of a developed north east if our youth are well employed irrespective of their education and financial background. Not only that it will help us towards preventing the terrorism problems from north east and to put a new milestone towards future. The NEWO has decided to give a permanent solution to the unemployment by organizing skill development programs and to guide unemployed youths for their job search. to give establishment to the unemployed youths by providing them loan or any govt. job according to their interest and education respectively.
4. Establishment: The north east welfare organization shall include all people of north east as well as our brothers and sisters of our Indian continent.
5. Peace: The NEWO urges towards a peaceful solution of terrorism problem in north eastern states
6. Social Security: The NEWO believes that our communities must be the sources of their own strength politically, economically and culturally in for human rights and dignity. The north east welfare organization is going to set up a guardian system that will help us our North eastern people those who get into trouble in outside states for their safety and security and also provide constructive activities for our children and teach them to always be ready to accept the responsibilities that our necessary for building good communities and nations. Every member will be provided an identity card and a badge after the enrollment.
2. A member will be guided by NEWO representative in terms of job search, educational and health related issues etc.

1. Every member will pay a membership fees at the time of enrollment form of NEWO i.e. Rs. 50 and the validity of the membership will be expired after one year.
2. Every member should follow every rules & regulations of the organization. If any member violates the rules & regulations then strict action will be taken by the authority against the particular member.
3. Every member should try their level best for the benefit of the organization by doing positive activities.

Article1- The organization of north east welfare to serve the people of north east to be named as North east welfare organization(NEWO). The organization is totally delinked from any political party and other ethnic organizations. It aims to promote unity, integrity to promote security to the north eastern people and the fraternity. To uphold the dignity and identity of the north east people and students to create the spirit of mutual sympathy among the part of northeast regions to Endeavour without discrimination. To extend healthy atmosphere to the northeastern people whenever calls for; and preserve the best elements of the indigenous culture and rich traditional heritages and ethnic foods of northeast regions.
