On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, a Nasha Mukt Bharat Sankalp Padayatra was organized from the District Library, Guwahati, to Sati Radhika Shanti Udyan, Uzan Bazar, in the esteemed presence of the Hon’ble Governor of Assam.

Scouts, Guides, and officials of the Kamrup (M) District Association of The Bharat Scouts and Guides, Assam had the privilege of participating in this significant initiative, demonstrating their commitment to promoting a drug-free, healthy, and responsible society.

The Padayatra served as a powerful platform to raise awareness about the harmful effects of substance abuse and inspired young people to take a pledge towards building a Nasha Mukt Bharat. The event was both meaningful and inspiring, reinforcing the values of service, discipline, leadership, and social responsibility that are central to the Scout and Guide Movement.
