Learning Event 2: My Organisation and I – Co-creating the Roadmap
Over 4½ days of deep learning and reflection, this workshop helped the Snehjori team gain a clearer understanding of our stakeholders and their lived realities. While designing programs, we often tend to look at challenges in broad, umbrella terms. This learning space encouraged us to pause, listen closely, and reflect on the hopes, needs, and challenges of the communities we work with—and to design our programs around these insights.
The OD journey was both thoughtful and transformative. It helped us recognize gaps and loopholes in our work, pushing us to be more intentional and accountable. This process not only strengthened our organisation but also supported our growth as individuals working within it.
The workshop gave us clarity on where Snehjori stands today and what we need to focus on as we move forward. We are deeply grateful to the NODE team for creating and holding this reflective space for Snehjori and for supporting our journey of growth.
