Notice of Concern:-

The Dimasa Students’ Community, Guwahati, expresses serious concern over the recently signed Memorandum of Settlement affecting Dima Hasao. Any decision impacting a Sixth Schedule area must involve proper consultation with the Autonomous Council and local stakeholders.

We strongly oppose any provision that may dilute constitutional rights, disturb administrative balance, or bypass inclusive dialogue, and urge the Government of Assam to act with responsibility and transparency.
