WomEnablers Foundation recently conducted a Selt-Awareness and Entrepreneurship Development Training for women in Nakhnol Village, Rajasthan. A space was created for reflection, learning, and personal growth.

WE focused on participants understanding themselves to recognize their potential, and identify opportunities for and economic development. Through interactive discussions and activities, participants explored self-identity, understanding emotions, recognizing their strengths and skills in developing an entrepreneurship mindset

When women recognize their strengths and believe in their potential, they are better equipped to make informed decisions, pursue livelihood opportunities, and contribute meaningfully to their families and communities.

WomEnablers Foundation introduced ‘Financial Literacy’ in a workshop to girl students of Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Tapukara.
213 students from Classes IX to XII engaged in the training.
Financial education is a life skill that is not easily accessible to women though it’s been proven that they use money in very different ways than men.
At WomEnablers Foundation, we believe that equipping young minds with financial knowledge is an investment in stronger communities and a more inclusive future. Everyday concepts like setting financial goals, budgeting, saving and investing, planning and using simple banking instruments to achieve their financial goals and grow their money were introduced in the workshop.
The responses of the students were overwhelming and inspiring to the WE Team.
Your support can help us reach more young women we aspire to strengthen by enabling them to control their resources independently and responsibly.
Partner with us to create lasting impact in schools and communities.

27 June | International MSME Day,
Celebrating Women Who Are Shaping India’s MSME Ecosystem
Today WE celebrate the inspiring journey of Falguni Nayar, whose entrepreneurial success proves that ambition, resilience, and determination can transform ideas into impactful enterprises. Her story reminds us that it is never too late to pursue a dream and create meaningful change.
Women entrepreneurs are driving the growth of the MSME sector by creating jobs, introducing innovative products and services, strengthening local value chains, and expanding market opportunities. Their enterprises boost household incomes, promote inclusive economic development, and contribute significantly to India’s journey towards sustainable and resilient growth. By breaking barriers and leading successful businesses, women are proving that entrepreneurship is a powerful pathway to economic empowerment, innovation, and nation-building.
This MSME Day, let us recognize and celebrate every woman entrepreneur who is turning challenges into opportunities, creating livelihoods, and building a stronger, more inclusive economy.
Empowering women-led MSMEs is not just about supporting businesses—it is about shaping a more resilient and prosperous future for all.

Trans women are women.

As WE celebrate the Pride Month 2026 we honour Ms. Laxmi Narayan Tripathi — a powerful voice for dignity, inclusion, visibility, and equal rights.

At WomEnablers Foundation, we believe that women’s empowerment must include all women. True empowerment means creating communities, institutions, and opportunities where every woman is treated with dignity, respect, and humanity.
At a time when transgender people continue to face discrimination, exclusion, and threats to their fundamental human rights, we stand in solidarity with the transgender community and reaffirm our commitment to a more just and inclusive society.

We stand firmly for a world where every person can live with dignity, safety, and freedom from discrimination. Spread kindness!

Happy Pride Month.

On the World Day Against Child Labour
Every child belongs in a classroom, not a workplace.
On World Day Against Child Labour, we celebrate Malala Yousafzai and her unwavering fight for every girl's right to education. Millions of children still lose their childhood to labour, poverty, and inequality. Education is not just learning - it is dignity, freedom, and opportunity.

Today is Menstrual Hygiene Day. Raising awareness about safe hygiene practices and breaking the taboo surrounding menstruation is essential, particularly in rural societies where women and girls face social stigmas, lack of education, and inadequate facilities, which severely impact their health, self-confidence, and educational opportunities.
Good menstrual hygiene is an integral part of overall good health, dignity, and well-being for women.
Let us work to make a society that treats menstruation with respect and care rather than silence and ignorance.

WomEnablers Foundation conducted a workshop in its ELEVATE
- Life Readiness Program at Government College for Girls, Sector 52 Gurgaon.
A total of 69 young women participated in the engaging and reflective workshop on Assertive Communication, a critical life skill combined learning with practice.
Through interactive role-play scenarios, participants worked through real-life situations such as unequal group work, responding to public criticism, and asserting personal boundaries. These exercises created space for honest reflection on the challenges young women face when speaking up.
The discussions that followed brought forward an important reality-how deeply ingrained social conditioning often discourages girls from saying "no" or expressing disagreement without guilt.
By addressing these gendered norms, the session enabled participants to:
* Communicate their needs clearly and respectfully
* Navigate disagreements with confidence
* Advocate for themselves in classrooms, workplaces, relationships, and public spaces
Building assertiveness is not just about communication — it is about empowerment, agency, and self-respect.

WE recently conducted a Mental Health & Well-Being Workshop with students of AIM International School, engaging learners from Classes 5 to 8 in meaningful conversations around mental health
Through an interactive discussion, students explored why comments often made to people with mental health challenges sound unreasonable when applied to physical illnesses-and how such words can deeply affect someone experiencing depression, anxiety, or emotional distress. This helped them understand a powerful truth: mental health deserves the same care, seriousness, and compassion as physical health.

One of the most meaningful parts of the session was the "Stress Map" activity, where students reflected on:
How stress affects me
How I can help myself
Who I can ask for help and how can they help me

WE also spoke about common signs of mental distress, everyday practices for mental self-care, and how to seek help—reinforcing that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
From maintaining healthy routines and managing stress, to staying socially connected and reaching out to trusted adults or protessionals, the students showed remarkable openness to know more about mental health.

Conversations like these, started early, can build emotionally resilient, empathetic, and confident young individuals.

On the International Day of Women & Girls in Science, WE believe that from classrooms to laboratories, women and girls belong everywhere. Through VIBRANCE & ELEVATE, WE support girls to learn, question, innovate, and lead.

On the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, we celebrate Dr Indu Saxena — a visionary who doesn’t just study light, but uses it to shape a safer, smarter future. Leading even as a girl, through the corridors of Convent of Jesus and Mary (CJM), New Delhi, to the innovation corridors of Silicon Valley and Switzerland, Dr. Indu Saxena’s journey is a powerful testament to how curiosity can illuminate the world.

Her academic foundation was built at Hindu College, University of Delhi, and strengthened at IIT Kanpur, where her passion for physics and applied optics took deeper shape. She went on to earn her Ph.D. from the University of Alabama in Huntsville-launching a career that would place her at the forefront of global deep-tech innovation.

Today, Dr. Saxena is a globally respected expert in Applied Optics, translating complex physics into life-saving and future-shaping technologies. She holds important patents in Transforming Cancer Care
where she developed patented high-resolution fibre-optic thermal sensing systems for microwave hyperthermia therapy.
Her innovation significantly improved safety and effectiveness in cancer treatment. Her endeavours in the field of Protecting Aerospace Infrastructure, through fibre-optic transducers, where she developed systems capable of detecting microscopic,
“invisible” cracks in aircraft structures—strengthening aviation safety worldwide.

Her pioneering work in ‘Photonic Computing’ preceded the Al boom. Dr Saxena built “optical neurons,” designed multilayer neural networks that process information using light instead of electricity, laying the groundwork for the next era of high-speed computing.

Today, she stands tall in the field of Global Scientific Leadership as a Principal Investigator at Innoveyda in California, Dr. Saxena has led advanced research programs that bridged laboratory theory with deployable technology.
