Every year, stubble (parali) burning in Punjab & Haryana turns into a health emergency for crores in Delhi-NCR. This year again, toxic smog is expected to rise — causing suffocation, lung infections, asthma attacks, eye irritation, and risk to children, young adults & senior citizens.

✨ Under ADF2022 – Adihri’s® All India Healthcare Research & Awareness Program, we appeal for precautions & awareness, not fear.

✅ Home Remedies & Precautions:

🌿 Steam inhalation with ajwain/tulsi/eucalyptus oil for throat & lungs

🍯 Jaggery, honey, turmeric milk, tulsi-ginger tea to detox lungs

😷 N95/anti-pollution masks outdoors, keep windows shut during peak smog

💧 Stay hydrated & wash eyes/face often

🏠 Keep indoor plants (areca palm, money plant, snake plant) for natural air cleaning
