The challenges we will face over the coming years are daunting—from rapidly-evolving technological advancements, to increased globalization, to fear and apathy in the face of human need. We must call upon our greatest reserves of l

eadership to champion ethical and altruistic values as we address these complex issues head-on. We will have to nurture, choose and support leaders who have the potential to lead our world through these challenges; leaders who can help resolve conflict, reduce inequity, and spread tolerance and understanding; leaders who are more interested in contribution than in accumulation. The Global Education & Leadership Foundation (tGELF) works towards preparing the next generation of leaders, empowering them to act as ethical global citizens in the face of the challenges that will be thrown open to them tomorrow.
