We thank God for the precious gift of his life, his faithful ministry, and the loving shepherding that His Holiness offers to the Church. We are deeply grateful for a shepherd who remains close to our hearts—embracing us with fatherly love, care, compassion, and prayer.

We pray that the Lord may graciously bless His Holiness with abundant grace, good health, strength, peace, and many more blessed years. May the Lord continue to guide and strengthen His Holiness as he leads and shepherds us, and may his life and ministry remain a source of blessing to the Church and to all entrusted to his care. In each parish, the priests solemnly enacted the washing of feet, embracing parishioners without distinction of status or age. This profound act recalled the supreme example of love and humility demonstrated by our Lord on the eve of His Passion, as He prepared to offer Himself for the salvation of the world.
