WHCEO works for the welfare of people who have one or more severe disabilities and those who are below poverty line. WHCEO works for the welfare of people who have one or more severe disabilities and those who are further worsened by poverty, stress and other factors. WHCEO provides a platform to such people to enable them to become self sufficient in all activities of living and supports them to
