“DivvyaBharat” is an initiative of Inclusive Skills Foundation (A section 8 Not for Profit Company). DivvyaBharat aims to create a platform for sections of society struggling for financial and economic independence due to lack of understanding of special abilities in the industry.
“DivvyaBharat” Aims to identify and build trustable bridges between validated candidates in the Specially Abled Skill Pools of our Society, connecting them to Skilling Platforms and Progressive Corporates seeking relevant and diverse skills and ideas.
We play the role of a Catalyst in making the efforts of small, local impact NGOs in the similar area come together to create a significantly larger, visible pool of resources to be able to bring forth a potent talent solution to Corporates towards their CSR and Employment Agendas.
We leverage Specific Skilling Partners in helping build Employment and Employability Skills in this section of Society for continued economic independence. We will use technology as an enabler in taking skilling and programs to the remotest corners of the country in a hybrid model of outreach and skills deployment.
