Longevity as per Maharshi Omni's Panch-Maha-Vidya.

Pranayam's highest objective is although its to stay healthy and live long, but how long?

Prana means the vital forces in one's own body, Âyâma means controlling them. There are three sorts of Pranayama, the very simple (adhama), the middle (madhyama), and the very high (uttama). Pranayama is divided into three parts: filling, restraining, and emptying. When you begin with twelve seconds it is the lowest Pranayama; when you begin with twentyfour seconds it is the middle Pranayama; that Pranayama is the best which begins with thirty-six seconds. In the lowest kind of Pranayama there is perspiration, in the medium kind, quivering of the body, and in the highest Pranayama levitation of the body and influx of great bliss. There is a Mantra called the Gâyatri. It is a very holy verse of the Vedas. "We meditate on the glory of that Being who has produced this universe; may He enlighten our minds." Om is joined to it at the beginning and the end. In one Pranayama repeat three Gayatris. In all books they speak of Pranayama being divided into Rechaka (rejecting or exhaling), Puraka (inhaling), and Kumbhaka (restraining, stationary).

Longevity:

As per Common/Normal/ Natural breathing

4 Seconds = 1 Prana

60 Seconds or 1 Minute = 15 Pranas

60 Minutes or 1 Hour = 900 Pranas

1 Day or 24 Hours = 21600 Pranas = 10800 Pranas Sun rules or Day & 10800 Pranas Moon rules or Night

30 Days or 1 Month = 648000 Pranas = 324000 Pranas Sun rules or Shukla Paksha & 324000 Pranas Moon rules or Krishna Paksha

365 Days or 1 Year = Approximately 8400000 Pranas = 4200000 Pranas Sun rules or Uttarayan & 4200000 Pranas Moon rules or Dakshinayan

100 Years = Approximately 840000000 Pranas = 420000000 Pranas Sun rules & 420000000 Moon rules

But for a Sadhak or austere, there are 3 different class as below.

As per Level – 1

1=1 Prana 1 Prana= 4 Seconds
1:4:2 or 4:16:8=28 Seconds to 1 Breath
4 Seconds to Pooraka or inhalation; 8 Seconds to Rechaka or Exhalation; 16 Seconds to Kumbhaka or Retention

840000000 x 7 = 5880000000 pranas or 700 years

As per Level – 2

2:8:4 or 8:32:16=56 Seconds to 1 Breath
8 Seconds to Pooraka or inhalation; 16 Seconds to Rechaka or Exhalation; 32 Seconds to Kumbhaka or Retention

840000000 x 14 = 11760000000 pranas or 1400 years

As per Level – 3

3:12:6 or 12:48:24=84 Seconds or 1.24 Minutes to 1 Breath
12 Seconds to Pooraka or inhalation; 24 Seconds to Rechaka or Exhalation; 48 Seconds to Kumbhaka or Retention

840000000 x 21 = 17640000000 pranas or 2100 years

3 Sahastra Kalp Samadhi = 1 Apara Samadhi (172186884 Seconds or 2869781.4 Minutes or 47830 Hours or 1993 Days or 67 Months or almost 6 Years)
