AHEADS-(Alliance for Health, Education And integrated Development in Society) is a non government organisation.As we all know that education and health plays an important role in the development of a country.India still stand 112th position in health system,India currently has the largest illiterate population.Indian literacy rate was 74.04% in 2011,the level is well below the world

acy rate of 84%. The aims and objects for AHEADS are:-
Health:-
i)To spread awareness about STD and HIV/AIDS and work for the welfare of people living with HIV/AIDS. ii).To work in the field of reproductive and child health services. iii).To create awareness about communicable and vector-borne disease control measures through better hygiene and sanitation. iv).To narrow the difference between the health status of people on the basis of their religion, region, caste, class and gender. v).To spread awareness about common disease and hygiene especially emphasis on women and girls health.

2. i).To organised education awareness camp in educational backward society and tell them about importance of education. ii).To establish educational, professional and vocational institutions that would strengthen the developmental process. iii).To organised lectures, seminars and workshops to help or strengthen the character building process. iv).To promote participation of youth (unemployed as well as students) in income generation activities. v).To provide career counselling to poor and first generation learner student so that they can know about various career prospect and choose career according to their interests.

3.Development:-
i).To promote social welfare activities with special emphasis on women empowerment. ii).To work for the betterment of weaker sections viz. SC/ST, women, children, senior citizens, and disabled etc. iii).To speed up the process of rural development and strengthen the agricultural, horticultural and animal husbandry sector. iv).To eliminate child-labour, child trafficking, and child abuse and focus on the education and resettlement of these deprived children. v).To form self help groups and cooperatives and run income generation activities by linking them with banks through micro-credit.
