Therefore the Indian H**p Association would like to clear up the many misunderstandings in time for the UN Summit on the outdated classification of H**P this April, 2016 in NYC and to educate and foster the good qualities of INDIAN H**P as follows:
1: Agriculture – for better productivity, soil conservation, water conservation, and the least use of pesticides and to recla
im and rejuvenates soil to fertile land.
2: Medical – H**p has Low THC, but has cannabidiol or CBD one of the 85 cannabinoids, which has shown benefits to improved health through the Omega 3, 6 & 9, to help reduce epilepsy and eliminate skin cancer and shrink tumors.
3: GO-Green- Save Mother Earth, Save Forest, Save Nature, Save & Reduce Water Pollution, Reduce Air Pollution and Decrease Carbon Emissions.
4: Nature – Harmony – Bio Fuel, Bio Waste, Phytoremediation through leaching heavy metals and radiation, wasteland reclamation etc.
5: Socio- Economic – Increased Rural Employment, Improved financial return to farmers, weavers, artisans, traders and industrialist to in turn benefit the nation and world at large.
6: Infrastructure Buildings – Less CO2 emitting buildings, houses, hospitals. In time, consumption of Coal, Nuclear power is eliminated for safer technologies to thrive. DO YOU KNOW ? :

The Indian H**p Association is pleased to announce the date of 24th March 2016 on day of “HOLI”- as the inaugural celebrations for “WORLD H**P DAY”. HOLI – is a mythological traditional and annual community festival of COLORS celebrated in India as VASANT UTSAV. Holi highlights the strengthening of sociological and culture traditions, as well as victory of good over evil, to religious and biological and seasonal significance. During the observation of Holi, a drink named, BHANG is prepared, which is associated with LORD SHIVA, who is synonymous with HOLI. BHANG is mixed MILK and as part of tradition is served to one and all – not to intoxicate but to express joy - of reaping a GOOD HARVEST, and foster a message of unity and brotherhood. Even long term enemies turn into friends through this colourful expression of love between individuals, families & communities.. Bhang was first used as an intoxicant in India around 1000 BC and soon became an integral part of Hindu culture. In the ancient text, Artharvaveda, Bhang is described as a beneficial herb that "releases anxiety".
