Let us be very clear about what Peach Collar is NOT:
It’s not a mastermind. We don’t have “hot seats.” We don’t solve your business problems in 20 minutes.
It’s not a networking group. We don’t exchange business cards. We don’t do elevator pitches. We don’t have a “pitch your business” round.
It’s not a coaching program. We don’t have a curriculum. There are no modules, worksheets, or action plans.
It’s not a support group. We’re not therapy (though therapy is great). We don’t diagnose. We don’t heal.
So what the hell is Peach Collar?
It’s a space.
-> A space where women entrepreneurs can tell the truth about what entrepreneurship actually feels like.

Last week at a Peach Collar Round Table, we asked 40 women one question:

Who are you becoming in this journey of entrepreneurship? And what are you seeking for in life now?

Around the table sat women building businesses, women rebuilding themselves, women starting something new, women carrying responsibilities quietly, and women simply looking for a space where they could exhale.

And then the answers came.

One woman said she wants to trust herself more. Another shared that she is tired of apologising for taking up space. Someone said she wants more ease in her life, not just achievement. Another admitted she wants to stop playing small and finally allow herself to dream bigger. One woman said she misses joy outside of work. And someone quietly said she wants to meet the version of herself that exists beyond expectations.

These are not small answers.

They are the kind we carry underneath titles, businesses, responsibilities and the identities we’ve learned to wear so well.

And maybe that is why spaces like this matter.

Because sometimes what women need is not another networking event, another business card or another pitch.

Sometimes we need a table where we can arrive without performing.

Where conversations go deeper than introductions.

Where we are seen not just for what we do, but for who we are becoming.

One of our favourite things to hear after a Peach Collar roundtable is:
