At Palam Vihar, the transformation is taking shape through thoughtful design and hands-on restoration. Recently, the Ascertis credit team joined iamgurgaon to plant 100 native saplings, adding to this evolving landscape.

Some places feel closer to home.

This year, the NTT DATA team joined iamgurgaon at the Palam Vihar Forest Corridor for a morning of planting and contributing to the landscape around them.
For one team member, the plantation held a special connection the corridor is close to where they live, and they have seen the challenges it faces, from waterlogging during the rains to the rapid development around it.
As they shared, “I am, in a way, contributing to my city, to my surroundings, to my environment.”
This was their fourth plantation drive with iamgurgaon another morning of showing up for the city, one sapling at a time.

Aravali Creek 4, in the news.

Three media stories, one shared story of restoration bringing attention to the work at Aravali Creek 4 and its impact on the surrounding community and landscape.

The restoration has been a collaborative effort between GMDA, MCG, Kotak Mahindra Bank and iamgurgaon, with the shared goal of restoring a vital stormwater channel and strengthening Gurugram’s natural systems.

We’re grateful to see this work being recognised and the story reaching a wider audience.

Across three plantation drives, 150 Bry-Air employees and children from Bry-Air Pathshala came together to plant 1,500 native saplings at Aravali Nagar Van. What began with early mornings, muddy hands and plenty of enthusiasm is now a beginning that will need care, time and patience before these trees, shrubs and grasses grow into the landscape they belong to. Bry-Air has been part of this journey with iamgurgaon for three years, and we look forward to seeing what these little beginnings become. 🌱

Ecological restoration at the site is being guided by The Rewilders , with a focus on restoring the native layers of the Aravali landscape.

This World First Aid Day, iamgurgaon is encouraging you to check your medicine cabinets and responsibly dispose of expired medicines or pass on items that can still be used.

From 7 to 12 September, drop off at your nearest Samadhaan Hub:

✅ Expired medicines
✅ Unused medicines
✅ Unused medical supplies such as walking sticks, wheelchairs and glasses

♻️ Expired medicines dropped off at iamgurgaon hubs are sent for responsible incineration through medical institutions.

🩹Usable medicines are donated to Manas Dispensary to support those in need.

🚫 We do not accept:
❌ Opened liquid syrups
❌ Used syringes
❌ Used sanitary items
❌ Used cotton, bandages or similar medical waste

Open daily: 8 AM to 5 PM
(Except Shani Mandir Hub)

For expired medicines, please remove the tablets from their strips, place them in a sealed envelope or zip lock bag, and drop them off at a Samadhaan Hub.

They have watched Gurgaon grow. Now, they are planting for its future.

For 15+ years, members of the DLF Senior Citizen Council have been part of iamgurgaon’s journey. Some came to India after Partition; over the years, Gurgaon became home.

This year, 20 of them planted 150 native saplings, naming them after their children and grandchildren honouring the generations that will inherit the city they helped shape.

Old roots. New trees. A shared future.
