About Us
We are social beings, and living in a society, from which we all take so much, it becomes our prerogative that we give back in any little way possible - by doing something for the society or helping someone in some way or the other. This a thought that crops up in every conscientous individual at some point in his/her life, leading to further questions like : How can I help the society? Where to start? What to do? Where to take the permissions from? Where to get the time to do all this? And with these we end up continuing our regular day-to-day chores and get completely involved in our jobs and families. Sounds familiar, no?
In order to have a meaningful impact, we believe that these thoughts need to be translated into actions, which is where we, as an organisation step in.
The idea of “BIT WE CAN” originates from the above-mentioned experiences, wherein we collaborate with like-minded individuals to provide a platform for making our ideas a reality and bring to fruition our desire to help and to give back to the society. We as society sometimes underestimate the impact of little things but no matter how much – how little, you can make a difference, be it in any form, as a volunteer in any of the projects or in the form of small monetary contributions/donations.
As the name suggests, Bit We Can gives you the opportunity to become socially responsible and contribute your bit towards the social well being of society through various projects and believes that everyone can change the world bit by bit. We do not intend to change the world but we intend to do whatever little is possible for us to do along with our jobs and families.
