Under the LIC Housing Finance Limited Project, End Poverty is strengthening digital education in government schools at Jharoda and Bisoha, reaching 184 rural students.
With 10 computer sets in each school, along with improved classrooms, teacher workstations, electrification, BALA painting, furniture and other learning resources, these schools are becoming more engaging and technology-enabled spaces for children.
The impact goes beyond infrastructure. With greater access to digital resources, students are developing new learning skills, exploring opportunities beyond their immediate surroundings and gaining confidence in their abilities. Many children from these villages aspire to study at , and several have already been selected turning these aspirations into real possibilities.
The intervention is also contributing to a more inclusive learning environment, with increasing participation of girls in the schools and greater access to learning opportunities for the girl child.
For these children, a computer lab is not just a classroom upgrade. It is a window to new knowledge, new opportunities and a future they can dream bigger about.

Guna Vikas Mahila Farmer Producer Company Limited (GVMFPCL) held its 6th Annual General Meeting on 28 September 2026, bringing together the Board of Directors and women members to review the company’s progress, financial performance and future growth plans. With milk procurement currently spanning 86 villages, GVMFPCL is working towards expanding its outreach and strengthening dairy-based livelihoods.

Following the AGM, a strategic meeting on Guna discussed expanding the dairy ecosystem to reach 20,000 rural households and create sustainable livelihood opportunities. The focus was on increasing household incomes through dairy, strengthening milk procurement and building a more inclusive and sustainable rural economy across Guna.

Varini Milk Producer Company Limited, An FPC supported by End Poverty under Project , successfully conducted its 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 25 September 2026 in, Chomu, Jaipur. The AGM brought together women members, Gram Sakhis, the Board of Directors, team members and stakeholders to review the farmer producer company’s progress, key achievements, business updates and future plans.
The meeting provided an important platform for members to understand the company’s performance, participate in discussions, raise questions and share their views on the way forward. The enthusiastic participation of women members reflected the growing sense of ownership and leadership within the company.
Chairperson Mrs. Phuli devi Jat discussed on strengthening member participation, transparency, business growth and the future direction of Varini Milk Producer Company Limited as a women-led, member-owned dairy enterprise.
The successful AGM marks another important milestone in Varini’s journey towards stronger member ownership, sustainable growth and community-led development. Together, we continue to build a stronger and more sustainable dairy enterprise, driven by the collective participation and leadership of women farmers.

On 21 August, End Poverty, with the support of Cvent, celebrated the completion of Phase 1 of the “Systemic Transformation of School through Physical and Digital Upgradation for Enhanced Learning” project at Government Senior Secondary School, Kadarpur.

The intervention has transformed the school into a more engaging and future-ready learning space with a STEAM Lab, 2 Smart Classrooms, educational murals, RO drinking water facility, and sessions on cyber security, career counselling and menstrual health.

The celebration brought together 750+ participants, including 95 Cvent volunteers and the leadership team, 600 students, team End Poverty and the local community. The programme included the unveiling of the project plaque, a school walk-through, lamp lighting, cultural performances, felicitation of meritorious students and a “Viksit Bharat” speech competition.

The event was graced by Mr. Anupam Arun, Country Head – Cvent; Mr. Ankur Kohli, VP – Marketing, Cvent; Mr. Vinod Kaushik, Founder & CEO – End Poverty; Mrs. Jyoti Bala, Principal of the School, and community representatives.

The transformation was made possible through close collaboration between Cvent and End Poverty, with Ms. Nidhi Dinesh Mishra and Ms. Aastha Garg from the Cvent CSR team playing an active role throughout the implementation and transformation journey.

Addressing the students, Mr. Anupam Arun drew inspiration from the life and values of former Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri ji and the spirit of “Jai Jawan, Jai Kisan.” He encouraged students to dream big, stay determined and make the most of every opportunity, reminding them that excellence is not defined by resources, but by how we use them, while Mr. Vinod Kaushik, Founder & CEO – End Poverty, spoke about the importance of education, environmental sustainability and the power of individual action to drive change.

School administration expressed their gratitude to Cvent and End Poverty and shared their hope for continued collaboration to further strengthen the school and create better opportunities for its students.

🏆End Poverty organized Wings 3.0 – Strategic Time-Out Meet, bringing together the Senior Leadership Team, Project Managers, Board Members and field teams for two days of reflection, learning and meaningful discussions. Mr. Vinod Kaushik, Founder & CEO, End Poverty, set the tone for the program by motivating the team and giving a quick recap of our previous Strategic Time-Out Meet, connecting earlier priorities with the discussions ahead. Sessions on Operations, Business Excellence, HR, Finance & Procurement, and Legal & Compliance encouraged open dialogue and collaborative problem-solving.
The meet also provided a much-needed platform for field teams to share their experiences, challenges and ideas, strengthening communication and coordination between the Head Office and field teams.
The second day featured an insightful Agentic AI workshop led by A Team of Expert from Mumbai, exploring how AI can enable smarter and more efficient ways of working.
Overall, Wings 3.0 was about pausing to reflect, listening to diverse perspectives, identifying gaps, and moving forward with greater clarity, collaboration and purpose towards long-term impact and sustainability.
