Today, on world Environment Day Team End Poverty took a pledge to make Sector 18, Gurgaon cleaner and free from single-use plastic. Our team stepped onto the streets, hand-picking plastic waste and collected it in garbage bags with a shared commitment to environmental responsibility.
Through our collective efforts, we successfully collected and removed over 100 kg of plastic waste from the area. This is more than just a one-day activity, it is the beginning of a sustained movement towards a cleaner, greener, and plastic-free Sector 18.
A big thank you to every volunteer and supporter who joined hands for this cause. Together, we can create lasting change for our communities and our planet.

Guna Meet 2026 was held on 20th May in Guna, . The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from 230+ community members representing nearby villages.
The gathering served as a platform for community members to share their experiences and reflect on the positive changes and impact created through End Poverty’s interventions at the grassroots level. Participants actively engaged in discussions and highlighted improvements in livelihoods.
The event was addressed by Senior Government officials from the district, who appreciated the collective efforts being made towards rural transformation in the district.
During the event, Mr. Vinod Kaushik, CEO, End Poverty, shared the vision of Guna’s development. He emphasized the organization’s goal to create measurable impact across 25% of villages in Guna district and supporting over 20,000 households towards creating sustainable livelihoods.
With this commitment, End Poverty has undertaken the mandate of enabling communities, strengthening local economies, and creating sustainable livelihood opportunities that drive long-term and inclusive development in Guna.

For years, at End Poverty, we’ve worked closely with rural communities, and one thing is clear: the problem is not lack of effort. In districts like in , people are already working hard across , , and daily . Yet incomes remain low and opportunities limited.
Why? Because the challenge is systemic. The same cycle keeps repeating—low productivity → low income → low investment → persistent poverty. And this cycle cannot be broken through isolated interventions. Not agriculture alone. Not dairy alone. Not infrastructure alone.
This is what led us to shape the vision of Viksit Guna: An integrated approach where systems work together. By connecting dairy-led income, climate-resilient agriculture, strong farmer institutions, market linkages, and infrastructure, we are not just implementing projects; we are building a scalable model for rural transformation. Guna doesn’t lack potential; it needs the right systems to unlock it.
