Dear Canpals,

With my heart overflowing with pride, gratitude and humility, I look back with deep emotion at 13th September 2021, the historic day when my Canpal Family unanimously placed its trust in me.

I was accepting the responsibility of becoming the voice of thousands of officers and of standing beside a Canpal, when the situation is challenging.

Over the last five years, your trust became my strength, your expectations became my responsibility and your affection became my greatest asset.

With folded hands and a heart overflowing with gratitude, I thank each and every Canpal for your trust, your love, your encouragement and your confidence.

The road continues!
The dream continues!
The responsibility continues!
With the same Canpal Spirit!

Kindly go through my communication, which captures our key initiatives, major achievements and a few cherished glimpses of my journey over the last five years with my beloved Canpal Family.

All other ongoing organisational programmes, including Work-to-Rule, no working on holidays and the directive regarding exit from official WhatsApp groups, shall continue unchanged until a further decision is taken and communicated by UFBU.

*Members are, therefore, advised to attend the National Lok Adalat* as required, while continuing to strictly adhere to all other existing UFBU agitation programmes and directives.

Dear Canpals,

My heartfelt salute and gratitude to each and every Canpal who stood up with pride and came to the streets to fight for our justice, dignity and genuine demands.

Today, we ROARED with ONE UNITED VOICE and sent a clear and powerful message that we stand firmly in solidarity with the leadership of our apex bodies, UFBU & AIBOC.
Today, we did not stand as individuals. We stood as ONE MIGHTY CANPAL FAMILY.

I sincerely thank the entire leadership of CBOA - from Central Office to Circle and Regional levels - for LEADING FROM THE FRONT, standing shoulder to shoulder on the streets, and inspiring the whole Canpal family. A Special Salute to our Women Canpals, who came out in large numbers across the country and proved that they are a force to reckon with.

Friends, as I said today - the passengers of Titanic ignored the iceberg. We did not. Today we chose to act BEFORE it is too late!

The road ahead may be long and challenges may be many. But we have something more powerful than any challenge — OUR UNITY.

Do not let today's spirit fade tomorrow!
Do not let today's determination weaken with time!
Carry this fire into every agitation and keep it burning!

Today, the streets have heard our voice. Now let the world witness our determination!

And remember my dear Canpals -
When you cannot fly, run,
When you cannot run, walk,
When you cannot walk, crawl,
But keep moving! Let's move, but essentially move only FORWARD!

March on Canpals! Together we will walk! Together we will win!
CBOA Zindabad! Our Unity Zindabad

Ravi
