Prathamesh Sinha, an 11 year old brilliant child with visual impairments visited Karna Vidya Foundation on request. In conversation with Sasi Kumar programme head of KVF

The duo had a wonderful convo with meaningful exchnages of information at KVF Guindy centre .

He is a Brand ambassador of the braille device 'Annie'' created by "Thinkerbell labs.

Mr sasikumar gave him an upgraded insights on empowerment through technology. We thank you Prathamesh sinha to visit us and had a funfilled conversation!

In this era of Artificial Intelligence, Karna Vidya Foundation is delighted to be part of the MoU signing ceremony held at Chettinad Academy of Research and Education (CARE).
The Memorandum of Understanding was signed between IIT Madras Research Park (IITMRP) and Chettinad Academy of Research and Education, marking a significant step towards innovation and inclusive technological development.
Gerrid Saki Assistive Technologies Pvt. Ltd., in collaboration with IIT Madras Research Park and Chettinad Academy of Research and Education, is developing a humanoid assistive solution aimed at supporting persons with disabilities. This pioneering initiative is expected to create meaningful opportunities for individuals from diverse disciplines to contribute and participate in the development process.
We appreciate the leadership and vision of the entire team working on this project.

கர்ண வித்யா குழுமம் கடந்த பத்து ஆண்டுகளுக்கும் மேலாக, பார்வையற்றோர் மற்றும் குறைப் பார்வை உடையோர் தங்களின் திறன்களை தொழில்நுட்பத்தின் உதவியுடன் மேம்படுத்திக் கொள்ளும் வகையில், பல்வேறு வேலைவாய்ப்பு சார்ந்த பயிற்சிகளை தொடர்ந்து வழங்கி வருகிறது.
அதன் தொடர்ச்சியாக, 2026–2027 கல்வியாண்டில்
சென்னை மற்றும் விருதுநகர் மாவட்டத்தில்
வேலைவாய்ப்பு சார்ந்த பயிற்சிகளுக்கான சேர்க்கை அறிவிப்பை தொடங்கவுள்ளோம் என்பதை மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறோம்.
இப்பயிற்சிகளில் தேர்ச்சி பெறுவோருக்கு தமிழ்நாடு திறன் மேம்பாட்டுக் கழகம் (TNSDC) சான்றிதழ் வழங்கப்படும்.
பயிற்சியின் நோக்கம்:
தனியார் மற்றும் அரசுத் துறைகளில் தரவு உள்ளீட்டு உதவியாளர் பணிக்குத் தேவையான வேலைவாய்ப்பு சார்ந்த திறன்களை வழங்குதல்.
பயிற்சி உள்ளடக்கம்:
• தமிழ் மற்றும் ஆங்கில தட்டச்சுப் பயிற்சி
• கணினி அடிப்படை மற்றும் மேம்பட்ட பயிற்சி
• வேலைவாய்ப்பு சார்ந்த திறன்கள் (Employability Skills)
• கைபேசியில் பயன்படுத்தப்படும் OCR பயன்பாடுகள்
குறிப்பு:
விருதுநகர் மாவட்டத்தில் சேரும் மானவ மானவிர்க்கு
உணவுடன் கூடிய தங்கும் விடுதி வசதி
ஆண் மற்றும் பெண்களுக்கு தனித்தனியாக ஏற்பாடு செய்து தரப்படும்
சென்னை மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள மாணவர்கள் விடுதி வசதிகளை தாங்களே ஏற்பாடு செய்து கொள்ள வேண்டும்.

பயிற்சி முறை: நேரடி வகுப்பு
பயிற்சி நாட்கள்: திங்கள் முதல் வெள்ளி வரை
பயிற்சி நேரம்: காலை 10.00 மணி முதல் மாலை 5.00 மணி வரை
தகுதி:
• முழுப் பார்வையற்றோர் (Total Blindness) அல்லது குறைப் பார்வை உடையோர் (Low Vision)
• ஆண், பெண் என இருபாலரும் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்
• வயது வரம்பு: 18 முதல் 35 வயதிற்குள் இருக்க வேண்டும்
