The programme focuses on developing social and practical skills so as to overcome their limitations in their personal, social and vocational functioning. The Richmond Fellowship Society (India), Delhi runs Halfway Home and Day Care Centre and conducts outreach programme for people suffering from mental health problems. Vishwas Halfway Home
The Halfway Home provides residential care to both male and female clients suffering from Schizophrenia. The period of stay of stay for members is up to 18 months. Leena Khurana Day Care Centre
The Day Care Centre has a capacity of 40 persons. The main focus is on development of skills of the members to overcome their deficiencies in personal, social and vocational functioning and thereby rehabilitating and integrating them with family and society. Outreach Programme
The Community Outreach Programme of RFSI Delhi Branch is extending support and Care to the rural unserved segments of the society in and around National Capital Region by rendering following services:
1.Regular Psychiatric OPDs with free consultation and free counselling service
2.Dispensing of free medicines
3.Conducting family therapy programme
4.Organizing mental health awareness camps
5.Motivating community to participate in mental health activities. "VISHWAS" is approx. 30 kms from Delhi and can be reached in 40 minutes via Noida - Greater Noida Expressway
