Both graduates of the General Duty Assistant (GDA) programme under the AU Foundation CSR Project in Bharatpur were recently felicitated by CareOxy for their excellent performance at work.

Beyond skills and livelihoods, well-being matters too.

On the occasion of International Day of Yoga 2026, participants across Castrol Eklavya centres in Sirsaganj and Firozabad (UP), Dharuhera, Rewari and Bhiwani (HR), and Dewas (MP) took a mindful pause from their daily routines to slow down, stretch, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.

Through simple yoga postures, breathing exercises, and moments of mindfulness, they experienced the importance of caring for both body and mind. The sessions created space for participants to focus on their physical and mental well-being amidst the demands of everyday life.

This shared celebration was a reminder that wellness is not a luxury, it is an essential part of leading healthier, more balanced lives.

Through our recent health awareness webinars under the Castrol Eklavya project, we brought together mechanics and their families for vital discussions on women’s health. Facilitated by Dr. Ambika Chaurasiya, MBBS, General Physician, the session delivered practical insights into anemia, PCOS/PCOD, thyroid health, and breast and cervical cancers, emphasizing early detection and preventive care.

Marking World No To***co Day, we also hosted a powerful session led by Dr. Natasha Lalwani, MDS, Head and Neck Cancer Surgeon, on the dangers of to***co and second-hand smoke. The webinar underscored how to***co use devastates physical, mental, and community health, urging informed choices for a to***co-free future.

Together, we are driving meaningful change and fostering healthier lifestyles.

Every journey has a destination!

But behind every destination is a truck driver who spends long hours on the road, often away from loved ones, ensuring that essential goods reach millions of people across the country.

Through the Road safety, Health and Financial Literacy Programme, Empower Foundation, with the support of the Indian Police Foundation, worked to make those journeys safer through training, health services, and awareness sessions.

Because safer roads begin with safer driving practices.

Under the Ujjwal Kal project, as part of Fire Service Week, a fire safety awareness session was conducted at Parsipada, Sayli Panchayat in collaboration with employees from the Castrol plant in Silvassa. Led by the Safety Department team, the session equipped community members with essential knowledge on fire prevention, emergency response, and safety measures. A live demonstration on the correct use of fire extinguishers added practical learning to the experience, helping participants build confidence in handling emergency situations.

With active participation from the community, the session strengthened community awareness and preparedness, reinforcing the importance of safety through knowledge and action.

Under the Castrol Ujjwal Kal initiative, employees from the Castrol Plant in Silvassa stepped beyond the workplace to join hands with their families, members of the Karad Panchayat, and Empower Foundation’s team for a cleanliness drive at the Andher Pada Check Dam. Rooted in the belief that real change begins with collective action, the initiative brought the community together for a shared purpose.Grateful for the inspiring presence of our community leaders and the enthusiasm of every volunteer who made this drive truly impactful.

Together, we are not just creating cleaner spaces, we are shaping a healthier future for generations to come.

The people who keep our highways moving often have the least access to preventive healthcare and structured support.

Under the Road Safety Initiative of the Indian Police Foundation, we conducted training for 111 truck drivers in Mathura, covering safer driving practices, fatigue management, traffic rules, and cyber fraud. 117 drivers also attended the health camp, which included health screenings, eye checkups, and access to doctor consultations.

We are grateful to the Indian Police Foundation for prioritising the wellbeing and safety of the driver community, and thank IOCL for their support in helping us reach drivers in Mathura. Our sincere thanks to the driver partners who took the time to participate and share their experiences.

Supporting drivers is a small but meaningful step toward safer roads for everyone!

• 90+ health camps conducted
• 5,800+ participants trained
• Programmes implemented across multiple states
