*Empowering Lives Through Livelihood Support* 💼🍎🥦

On 18th March 2026, two individuals were supported under Project Rozgar by the Association for Progressive Society (APS).

One beneficiary received a vegetable cart with goods, and the other was provided a fruit cart with goods — enabling them to start their own small businesses.

This initiative aims to help them earn a sustainable income, support their families, and ensure better education for their children.

Through such efforts, APS continues to contribute towards strengthening livelihoods and building a stronger economy for our nation. 🇮🇳✨

Condemnation of the Palgham, Kashmir Terrorist Attack

We strongly condemn the horrific terrorist attack in Palgham, Kashmir, which has left innocent lives shattered and communities in grief. Such heinous acts of violence are an affront to humanity and stand against the principles of peace, justice, and coexistence.

Our hearts go out to the victims and their families during this time of profound loss and sorrow. We pray for the speedy recovery of those injured and call for unwavering solidarity with the affected community.

Terrorism in any form and by any means is unjustifiable. It is a threat not just to the immediate victims but to the collective fabric of our society. We urge the authorities to bring the perpetrators to justice swiftly and to take measures to ensure the safety and security of all citizens.

Let us unite to reject hatred and violence, and to work tirelessly toward a future of peace and harmony in Kashmir and beyond.

Today, on April 1, 2025, the Najma Shaheen Scholarship was distributed by Janab Zakir Sahab. Janab Zakir Siddique Sahab, who resides in England and has a prestigious job there, shared the struggles of his early life with the Najma Shaheen Awardees, which inspired the students. A total of 10 students received the Najma Shaheen Scholarship, and 3 student was awarded the UG/PG Scholarship.

●The Najma Shaheen Scholarship amounted to ₹2,000 per recipient.

●The UG/PG Scholarship was ₹5,000.
