Home textile Exporters' Welfare Association (HEWA) with support from the Ministry of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Government of India under International Cooperation Scheme is organizing the Indian MSME's participation for the SOURCE DIRECT At ASD Market Week, Las Vegas Event in North America at Las Vegas Convention Centre From (August 4-7, 2024).
The Financial support from the Ministry of MSME would be in the form of reimbursement of the cost of participation, airfare, and shipping cost of samples as per the guidelines of the Ministry of MSME, Government of India to eligible micro and small enterprises.

3 of folding chairs
9 of wooden shelves (1 meter each)
1 of waste basket
1 of 500 watt power socket

Reimbursement
The payments will have to be submitted to HEWA India upon confirmation and the subsidy would be reimbursed after the fair.
Reimbursement of stall rent upto ₹3Lakh +Air ticket upto ₹1.50lakh+ Freight charges upto ₹50,000/-
* The ticket purchased needs to have price mentioned on the tickets (Mandatory).
* All boarding passes will be required after the fairs. (Mandatory for ticket reimbursements)
* The entire trip to US has to be done within 30 days.

Sunday, 04 August, 2024 8am - 7pm to Wednesday, 07 August, 2024 8am - 5pm.

Please note we have only limited stall for micro and small enterprises under Msme reimbursement scheme and allocation of stall would be done on a first come first serve basis to usa visa holders companies and must have HEWA RCMC.

The proforma invoice would be generated to selected companies based upon the information filled in expression of interest. The participation will be approved on a first cm first-serve basis to the deserving companies subject to receiving of their payments.
