Urja Yog

"Urja Yog" is a registered NGO which is working towards promoting human values and harnessing peace and harmony in the society. We are doing this through "Sadhana" which is an ancient Indian way of sages. Urja Yog believes that every individual is holding unlimited potential within themselves. The only thing that is required is the channelization of our energies. If we increase our energy than we can heal every sector of our life whether it is health, education, relationships, finance or the spiritual sector. Our sadhanas are open for everyone irrespective of their caste, creed and age. All our sadhana courses provides deep and practical understanding of relationship between the spirit and the matter.
