Cancer & Heart Care Association (A unit of Cancer and Heart Care Foundation) (CHCA) came into existence on 20th January 2017 & since its inception our team has worked very hard on Cancer & its Prevention. Since 2008 our team members were spreading the Cancer awareness as key persons with “I Can Win Foundation” but Necessity of adding Heart ailments along with Cancer was felt during our campaign. During our awareness & discussion we have to say that Cancer is the 2nd largest killer whereas 1st killer disease is HEART, so this need laid the Foundation for CHCA. A Cancer Patient & His / Her Family dies with the Threat of Death as this burns the finger with both ends (money as well as patient). This dreadful feeling forced us to think as how we can help the Patient through Emotional, factual, informational support. Along with Senior Most Doctors of Max & Dharamshila and other Cancer Hospitals & with many Active Social Workers, keeping our goals in view, we Agreed for CHCA & the Trust deed of “Cancer and Heart Care Foundation” was got registered in January 2017 by Mr R.K. Goel as settler. Our major goal is “BE CAREFUL NOT FEARFUL”, and if we can do something to our needy brothers and sisters that would really fulfill the purpose of CHCF. Swami Vivekananda had said, “The best way to serve and seek God is to serve the needy persons”. In India Breast Cancer is most common Cancer in Indian Women & Prostate Cancer among Men. (Our focus Area) Data Says that ~ 1800000 Breast Cancer Cases exist in 2020 & Prostate cancer will be ~ 60000 in 2020 & the only way to reduce is Awareness & Screening. Primary Focus of the Foundation is on providing: Awareness, Screening & Medical Support towards cancer detection in preliminary stage. CHCA is organizing free talk / Awareness & Screening camps through mobile testing facility at various parts of NCR. The detected patients are then provided with discounted treatment in our world class associated Hospitals (Max, Dharamshila, Clearcity). Awareness: Our AIM is to build Cancer free India with our Kids, So organizing Rallies with School, Engg. & Medical college students along with Doctors / Dignities & Cancer winners. Rallies visit local area & make educate through slogans, plays & Talks. Screening: Camps are organised in multiple part in NCR with Mammography Van facility, Prostate testing kits, ECG & Body check-up Onsite Expert doctor panel suggest the best treatment & guide for further treatment. Medical Support : In India Medical Insurance is still not affordable, so Detected patients in our camps or any patient approaches us, we provide discounted treatment with our associated medical organisation. Now our NGO is serving the society by organizing Free Screening Camps and Free spectacles & hearing aids distribution Camps. Our Vision :

आज दिनांक 20 दिसंबर 2025 को हमारी संस्था कैंसर एंड हार्ड केयर फाउंडेशन द्वारा स्वामी विवेकानंद सरस्वती विद्या मंदिर,राजेंद्र नगर,सेक्टर 3,गाजियाबाद में एक कैंसर जागरूकता कैंप का आयोजन धरमशिला कैंसर अस्पताल एवं रिसर्च सेंटर के साथ मिलकर किया गया। कैंप में सेंटर फॉर साइट द्वारा आंखों की जांच भी की गई। एक बहुत सुंदर जागरूकता वार्ता का भी आयोजन किया गया जिसमें धर्मशिला की डॉक्टर बोरा ने विस्तार से सर्वाइकल कैंसर के बारे में समझाया। जिसमें लगभग 250 व्यक्ति लाभान्वित हुए। कई व्यक्तियों ने प्रश्न पूछकर वार्ता को सफल बनाया।
विभिन्न जांचों के द्वारा लगभग 300 लोगों ने कैंप का लाभ लिया तथा 20 मैमोग्राफी भी की गईं। स्कूल के प्रिंसिपल श्री जगदीश रघुवंशी जी, मैनेजर आलोक जी व स्कूल के अन्य स्टाफ का बहुत सहयोग रहा। भारत विकास परिषद से श्री हरीश गर्ग,नितिन मित्तल,अर्पिता मित्तल आदि भी सहयोगी रहे।

हमारी संस्था Cancer and Heart Care Foundation का 75वां कैंप आज दिनांक 3 अक्टूबर शुक्रवार 10:00 बजे से दोपहर 1:30 बजे तक इंडिया इंटरनेशनल स्कूल (आइडियल इंस्टीट्यूट केंपस) गोविंदपुरम, गाजियाबाद में यथार्थ सुपर स्पेशलिटी हॉस्पिटल ग्रेटर नोएडा, रेखा डेंटल सेंटर के सौजन्य से आयोजित किया गया । जिसमें 40 वर्ष से अधिक की महिलाओं की मैमोग्राफी व सभी के लिए ब्लड प्रेशर, ब्लड शुगर, सांस की जांच, आंखों की जांच, दांतों की जांच के साथ-साथ जनरल फिजिशियन व स्त्री रोग विशेषज्ञ के जांच का प्रबंध था । कैंप में आसपास की कॉलोनी के लोगों के अलावा बड़ी संख्या में स्कूल के छात्र और छात्राओं ने भाग लेकर लाभ उठाया। कुल मिलाकर 325 लोग लाभान्वित हुए ।

आज दिनांक 29 जून 2025 को Cancer & Heart Care Association, GZB के तत्वावधान में डॉक्टर राम मनोहर लोहिया फार्मा कॉलेज, मोदीनगर में "67वां नि:शुल्क कैंसर जांच एवं स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण शिविर" का सफल आयोजन किया गया। इस शिविर में धर्मशीला नारायणा सुपर स्पेशियलिटी हॉस्पिटल, नई दिल्ली, नीव द स्कूल, मोदीनगर एवं Center for Sight का विशेष सहयोग रहा।
शिविर प्रातः 10:00 बजे प्रारंभ होकर दोपहर 1:30 बजे तक चला, जिसमें सैकड़ों लोगों ने भाग लेकर विभिन्न स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का लाभ उठाया। शिविर में निम्न प्रमुख सेवाएं नि:शुल्क प्रदान की गईं:

इस अवसर पर प्रातः 11:00 बजे वरिष्ठ ऑन्कोलॉजिस्ट द्वारा "सर्वाइकल कैंसर पर विशेष सेमिनार" का भी आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें महिलाओं को कैंसर के लक्षण, बचाव और प्रारंभिक पहचान के विषय में जागरूक किया गया।

On The Eve of Ram Navmi (Prabhu Ramji Birth), Cancer & Heart Care Association organized its 64th free health checkup camp at Ayodhya Dham (Ayodhya phaco Center) on 5th April 2025.

Cancer and Heart Care association, Ghaziabad organized its 63rd camp in the Cricket Tournament conducted at Nehru Stadium Ghaziabad, between Ferocious XI Vs Ghaziabad Dhurandars on Hindu Nutan Samvat 2082 i.e. 30th, March 2025 to celebrating batting against Cancer with collaboration of Yashoda Hospital, Kaushambi and Center For Sight.
The event started with tilak and sweets. Ferocious XI won the match and was presented the trophy, with awards also being given for highest scorer player. All players were honored with memento, certificates, T- Shirts and were made aware about cancer. General public and ex MP Sh. Anil Aggarwal enjoyed the match.

From our NGO Dr. R.K. Poddar, R.K. Goyal, Indermani Aggarwal, N.C Gupta, Ajay Anand, B Dayal, Dr. Mahesh Chandra Aggarwal were presented on this prestigious day.
