In the year 1947, When some difficulties arose, The eminent bengali citizens thought it proper to give a name of this Institution and to get it registered under Societies Registration Act. Sri Ksh*tindra Chandra Mitra was President, Dr. Aditya Chandra Bhattacharjee, Dr. Kishori Mohan Khan, DR. Haridas Chatterjee were Vice President.
