60 Days. 27 Interns. 5670+ Hours On Grassroots Development. Countless Memories & Impact. ✨

The Convocation Day of the internship journey at Glad Bharat Foundation was filled with energy, emotions, inspiration, and reflection. 🌱

Over the last 60 days, interns from Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya worked closely with communities, contributed to social initiatives, and experienced the realities of grassroots change.

The day began with group presentations where interns shared:
📌 Problems they identified
📌 Interventions they designed
📌 Challenges they faced
📌 Impact they created

But the most emotional part came next… ❤️

Through short films and visual storytelling, each group beautifully documented their journey. Watching these stories made us realise how deeply connected, passionate, and driven these young minds truly are.

The ceremony concluded with the distribution of certificates by Dr. Suresh K.G., Chairman, Pragati CSR Committee, IIM Bodh Gaya, along with Ahmad Abdullah Shahbazi, Founder of Glad Bharat Foundation.

Every certificate represented dedication, compassion, hard work, and 210+ hours of meaningful contribution.

Glad Bharat Foundation is excited to welcome students from IIM Bodh Gaya under RISE program for a 60-day Social Impact Internship.

Over the next two months, they will work closely with grassroots communities, learn from grassroots experiences, and contribute to initiatives focused on building a society with "Dignity, Equity and Opportunity for Every Child and Women".
