On the auspicious occassion of Muk Zek Ding Rum Faat on 13th march 2026.
In the presence of Revered Bongthing, Honourable Minister Shri Pintso Namgyal Lepcha Sir as a Chief guest,Hon'ble MLA cm Advisor Smt.Pamin Lepcha Madam (Special guest),Primitive tribe Chairman Shri Chewang Norbu Lepcha Sir,Panchayat, officials,Phachey kyong members and other dignitaries celebrated Muk Zek Ding Rum Faat at Pangthang Junior High school started with Lepcha traditional rituals of environment and ecological balance with cultural dance and poetry recitation.
In his address Hon'ble Minister emphasized the young generation and youth to preserve their own tradition,culture and rituals.And motivated youth with his kind words he also emphasized the importance of environment and ecology.
Lastly concluded with the vote of thanks by kongchen lepcha office bearer SLYA CEC.
