Grand Celebration of Resurrection Day at MG Marg, Gangtok
A grand celebration of Resurrection Day was held at MG Marg, Gangtok, organized by the United Christian Welfare Society of Sikkim (UCWSS).
The programme was graced by the presence of the Hon’ble MLA of 27 Gangtok Constituency, Delay Namgyal Barfungpa, who attended as the Chief Guest. He was accompanied by L. N. Sharma, SIMFED Chairman Tenzing Dorjee Bhutia, and Political Secretary to the Hon’ble Chief Minister, Jacob Khaling, along with other distinguished dignitaries.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from members of the Christian community as well as the general public. The celebration highlighted the true message of Resurrection Day—hope, faith, and unity, fostering a spirit of togetherness across communities.

The All Sikkim Christian Organisation (ASCO) extends its heartfelt congratulations to Ms. Anniela Sherpa of Raigaon, Gangtok, for her outstanding success in the prestigious Union Public Service Commission Civil Services Examination (UPSC CSE) 2025.
