Preparation for Coordination Meeting
A coordination meeting is scheduled for tomorrow at Rendezvous Hotel, near Ruchi Clinic, to review and finalize preparations for the upcoming 14th SKM Foundation Day Bike Rally to be held on 4th February, from Mingtogang to Rangpo.
The meeting will focus on detailed briefing, route planning, rider discipline, security arrangements, and coordination among all concerned teams. The preparations are being carried out in view of the directions of our Hon’ble Chief Minister (HCM) Sir, ensuring a smooth, disciplined, and well-organized rally.
All concerned office bearers and coordinators are requested to attend and actively participate to ensure successful ex*****on of the programme.
