Sikkim HCM calls for a crucial meeting with all 12 left-out communities, including the Jogi community, to discuss inclusive demand of ST status.

Below highlights have been delivered in the august house.

1. Clarification given by Jogi and Sanyasi association presidents individually and word of mouth noted by the house regarding Jogi & Sanyasi community differences on ethnographic status.

2. Clarification Response Letter submitted to Secretary Welfare Department.

3. Letter placed to HCM demanding the land for Jogi community bhawan in favor of Jogi community welfare.

4. Valuable suggestion given by HCM sir and we noted it gratefully.
