Yesterday, I had the honor of attending the 80th Constituency-Level Independence Day Celebration held at the playground of Government Senior Secondary School, Nandugaon, under the Poklok–Kamrang Constituency in South Sikkim, as a guest.

The most inspiring part of the program was the inter-school patriotic song and dance competition. Through their performances, the students beautifully and effectively conveyed the meaning of independence and why we celebrate it. Their presentations were simple, meaningful, and impactful, and they reflected a deep sense of patriotism, respect for history, and an appreciation of the value of freedom.

I was also deeply impressed by the unique, warm, and heartiest manner in which the chief guest and other guests were welcomed and honored. The entire event was exceptionally well-organized, disciplined, and entertaining.

Finally, I would like to express my heartiest gratitude and sincere appreciation to the organizing committee, the school family, teachers, students, and everyone who contributed directly or indirectly to the success of the program. Thank you all for your love, respect, and warm hospitality.
