MDF JK(Nagbal, Ganderbal) April 19: In a continued effort to combat drug abuse and raise public awareness, an anti-drug awareness programme was organized at Head Office Nagbal, Ganderbal by Markaz-ud-Dawah Foundation J&K (MDF JK).
The programme was conducted under the theme “Drug Awareness and Addiction”, where members of the foundation held multiple meetings and awareness sessions highlighting the growing concern of substance abuse, particularly among the youth.
During the programme, speakers emphasized the importance of community participation in eliminating drug addiction and urged the general public to cooperate in this mission. The initiative also received strong support and cooperation from the Police Department and other Government authorities, which added significant value to the campaign.
The foundation appealed to parents, teachers, and community leaders to play a proactive role in guiding the younger generation away from drug abuse and towards a healthier future.
The event witnessed active participation from locals and volunteers, reflecting a shared commitment to building a drug-free society.
