An organization which works towards a change in the current Indian political system. Here the priority and power is in the hands of the youth. is independent & not associated with any political party. Yuva Swaraj shall target on issues related to National Interest, Millennium Development Goals, Youth Upliftment, National Integration and Against Corruption. Abdul Kalam opined “a strong youth moveme
nt in the country can remove and finally eradicate corruption and enjoy a corruption - free India”. Objectives:
The Organization is formed for the purpose of National Integration & to build relations with International Organizations on similar lines. The organization also looks to adopt the Millennium Development Goals under the guidelines setup by the United Nations. The Organization intends to Liaise with the Government, other NGO’s, Societies and Associations for achieving the goals. The Organization intends to promote India in Good Governance. The Organization intends to achieve the below mentioned sub points on a Corporate Social Responsibility for funding the projects. The Sub Points are as follows:-
i. To provide legal aid to all vulnerable sections of the society and conduct awareness camps. Construction and running of Schools, colleges, libraries, education institutions for the benefit of the public. To take up activities for welfare of women, youth, senior citizens and the weaker sections including organizing courses, studies and training for them on their rights and privileges. To take up activities for the welfare of children and to strive to enlighten the community on the laws for the protection of rights of children including destitute and orphans and to start child rehabilitation centers. To undertake propaganda, training and education of the masses either of its own or in co-operation with similar Agencies working for the cause of all round development of the Society. To educate on the rights of the neglected patients including those suffering from illness such as AIDS etc and to work for their welfare. vii. To educate and train on laws governing health care and laws governing mentally re****ed, physically handicapped, the dumb and the deaf and work for their rehabilitation. viii. To promote the welfare of Other Backward Castes, Scheduled Castes, Tribes and Downtrodden and educate them about their rights. ix. To work for the welfare of the farming community by organizing courses based on their requirements with particular reference to laws governing Ecology, Environment and Pollution Control etc. x. To start environmental awareness centers and pollution awareness centers and to conduct legal awareness camps on them. To educate and encourage people to avoid pollution of the surroundings. xi. To take up planting of trees and enlighten on laws relating to preservation of trees and forest. To take up cause of wild life and Animal Protection. xii. To promote Rural Art and Craft. To promote and encourage Social Reforms. To promote Social and Cultural activities. To strive for State encouragement of the same through legal measures. xiii. To establish, maintain or grant aid for the establishment and/or maintenance of parks, gardens, gymnasiums, sports clubs, dharamshalas and rest houses, for use by public in general. xiv. To promote research in various fields in all branches of knowledge for the welfare of the public. xv. To organize Seminars, Symposia, Conferences, Workshops, directly or in collaboration with other organizations for the purpose of training and diffusion of knowledge. xvi. To bring, publish and sell, distribute books, periodicals, leaflets, brochures and papers and also to open and maintain libraries, reading rooms, Information centers, Data banks for the promotion of the objects of the organization. xvii. To bring out publications for the fulfillment of the objectives. xviii. Providing relief to the poor and advancing any other object of general public utility. xix. To work in collaboration with various organizations and assist them in achieving their goals. xx. To independently work on projects with an emphasis on the empowerment of the individual rather than the group. xxi. To do whatever is lawfully required to achieve realization and fulfillment of the purpose of the Organization.
