SARWA Sterling Apartments Residents Welfare Association (SARWA) is a registered entity under Societies Registration Act.

This is our very own forum to foster responsible community living amongst the residents while building a positive image for the enclave. To help us, we have a Property Manager together with his team of security and maintenance people (provided by the developer but paid through our maintenance fee) to manage and maintain the security and the upkeep of the enclave. However, it is the responsibility

of the SARWA to continuously oversee and advise the team from time to time. We love our community……we hope everyone will enjoy living in this enclave together…..while working with, sharing and learning from each other.
