This Group is an informal representation of all the owners at 'The Business Tower, Faridabad'. Motive:
To get the Long due OC (Occupational Certificate) from the Builders, "MB Malls Pvt. of "The Business Tower" (Part of the Project namely- "The Gateway Hotel and The Business Tower", Sector 32, Faridabad, Haryana) by engaging concerned authorities involved and seek transparency about the
matter. The OC has been due since 5 years + now. The Builders have only been giving reasons and stories about the whole thing and still OC is no where in the sight to be seen. We would like to bring this episode in the public domain and seek the help of the Authorities involved/concerned to get the OC. The Directors of MB Malls Pvt. Ltd. are just not approachable and pick up the calls (if any) at their own will. We have made every effort possible to get the answers from them about the OC but still the situation is same as it was 5 years back. Our Investments(Hard Earned Money) are stuck and on the other hand the 'Yet Unfinished' Building is ageing as no proper maintenance is there. We were charged the premium price as they sold the project mentioning "The Gateway Hotel -A Tata Enterprise and The Business Tower" on the Sales Brochures. We are yet to see any development in terms of Hotel whatsoever, we are not even sure the contract between "The Gateway Hotel- A Tata Enterprise" and MB Malls Pvt. exists or not on this very Date (18th Apr 2016).
