Music for Meaning and Cause (MFM), is a movement which uses music as a medium to unite people, exceeding Religious, Cultural and Political boundaries. It uses music (the lyrics) to articulate worldwide issues, make people reflect and think to bring about a positive social change AND it intends to create a common platform to give creative outlet to people's energies and yearnings. We do these high energy 'Jams' which aim to:
=>Create an environment/atmosphere of positivity through music and enable small scale 'community gatherings'
=>So that people participate and express themselves (and their creative energies) and forget their problems, worries for a while and live in the moment
=>To bring people together, create a platform for their interaction and intermingling..people find new friends, a new group to belong to
=>Articulate and stand for issues such as racial discrimination, environment and ecology, human rights, animal rights and make us all think and reflect about the way we are living our lives
