PHF is an Organisation of people who came together, not for changing anything, but to be that part of that change. PHF is not an idea; it's an eagerness to do something, for people who are in need of help and support We've all in our daily lives or at least at some point in our life, have come cross a situation, where you feel pity for someone and a voice comes from deep down in heart which says "

I wish I could help her/him" & simply move forward to indulge in never ending chores of our respective lives. PHF is an initiative, our ride across the river, where we could change that "I Wish, Into I did".
