Rotaract originally began as a Rotary International youth program in 1968 at Charlotte North Rotary Club in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA. It is a service, leadership and community service organization for young men and women. The purpose of Rotaract is to provide an opportunity for young men and women to enhance the knowledge and skills that will assist them in personal development, to address t

he physical and social needs of their communities, and to promote better relations between all people worldwide through a framework of friendship and service. Rotaract club of Malda Central,the youth wing of Rotary is an International voluntary service organisation of students and young professionals aged between 18 and 30 years who like to make a difference in their local and global community. It is supported and sponsored by the Rotary club of Malda Central. We come from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds and are united in personal, professional and community development and enjoying new venues of fellowship and friendship.
