Egra Kristichakra is a Govt. registered Theatre Group, situated at Egra, Purba medinipur.

Egra Kristichakra came into existence in the year 1977. The soul motto of this theatre group is to make theatre workers through scientific method and to share with the human values through productions. During the span of 36 years we have so far produced 42 productions and a month long production oriented theatre workshop for senior theatre workers with the help of National School of Drama, New Del

hi. During last five years we organized five production oriented children's theatre workshop and more than hundred children successfully completed those workshops. We worked with the Department of Women and Children Development and social welfare on social issues in the year 2006-2007. We performed 48 shows under this project. Our remarkable productions are
