The Institution of Engineers (India) functions with and amongst the professional engineers, academicians and research workers and provides a vast array of technical, professional and supporting services to the government and the industries along with the academic and engineering communities. This website opens up a chapter for our college Bhilai Institute of Technology, Durg ,henceforth putting forward plethora of opportunities for the students to scrutinize their abilities in every trade. The IE chapter of BIT is about to regulate a series of events every interval to increase the involvement of engineers .This chapter is to grant the college a national recognition amongst the Institute of Engineers. The website provides the students with all the required information regarding the activities of the IE chapter of our college ,keeping the future engineers aware of the forthcoming events so that they can put their active participation into it. The IE chapter if our college has already invited membership from second, third and fourth year and the students are actively participating to join the chapter which is very corroborative. The events will be put together by a joint effort of students by last three years of graduation.
